This will lead onto slower deep and passive postures to restore, repair and rejuvenate your complete system. A time to experience the beauty of allowing your body to rest into movement and to let go fully into deep restorative movements. Breathing techniques will be taught to experience a deep awareness of the lungs, benefiting your lung capacity whilst calming the mind and benefiting on a physical, emotional and mental level.
