It’s not often we think about this, but through connective tissue the muscles and tissues underneath the foot link to the core muscles and the pelvic floor and when one isn’t working optimally it can impact the other.
By stimulating the sensory rich nerve endings in the feet we can create a better connection throughout the body, improve pelvic floor and core function, balance and reduce foot related issues such as plantar fasciitis!
Learn how to improve your core and pelvic floor function by “switching on your feet in fitness”
This workshop will help you to:
1. Understand and FEEL the connection between your feet and core muscles
2. Learn how to self-release your foot to improve balance
3. Strengthen your foot to impact your core.
4. Integrate foot and core connection into a fitness class to strengthen the whole body.
