Yoga Balance offers a selection of prenatal and postnatal movement and massage which helps you do just this. Once you are 13 weeks, come and join one of our classes. After you have had your baby, you can come back and continue your practice.Prenatal
- Pregnancy Yoga
We have adapted these classes in 2010, and since doing so we have had some great feedback.Yoga is one of the best forms of exercise during pregnancy, a gentle, safe means of keeping toned and supple without strain, of keeping aches and pains at bay and energy flowing, of relaxing mind and body, and preparing for the physical demands of childbirth – and motherhood itself. Classic postures, rhythmical sequences and movements, integrating the flow of the breath at all times have been carefully adapted to the needs of pregnant women.
Class is suitable for ladies from 13/14 weeks all the up to the end of your pregnancy. We recommend weekly attendance throughout your pregnancy.
Classes are held every Tuesday at 7.15-8.15pm and Saturday 5-6.30pm

Regular treatment provides valuable mental, physical and emotional support throughout your pregnancy, helping you feel comfortable, healthy and calm so that your body and mind are in a good state for birthing your baby. It offers you an opportunity to take time out to nurture both yourself and your growing baby.
Jenni has 15 years’ experience in treating women during pregnancy and has additional training with Ann Gilanders in reflexology for women’s health and Suzanne Enzer in maternity reflexology. She also has a 2 year old daughter who is her greatest teacher!Postnatal
- Mother & Baby Yoga
Baby Yoga is a fantastic way to support your baby's development by improving muscle strength and tone, co ordination, and balance. It is also a wonderful way to bond with your baby and have fun together. It encourages instinctive parenting and promotes many well- used techniques for calming, soothing and reassuring baby, as well as sleeping better. Baby Yoga sessions use fun rhymes and songs to help you learn the simple movements and to help relax baby. This course includes post-natal yoga and tummy tonning exercises for mummy!
Class is suitable for babies from 2 months to crawling.
The cost for all classes is £15 per class or £65 for 5 classes (13% discount)
