Please remove your shoes upon entering the centre . Shoe storage is available in our reception.
Arrive on time. Try to arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the start of class.
Turn off your mobile phone.
Store your belongings in lockers provided.
We advise that you leave at least 2 hours from eating before your yoga session to avoid discomfort in some of the poses.
Wear something loose and comfortable.
Mention any injuries or concerns to your instructor at the start of the class.
Be present in your yoga class. Respect and listen to your body, mind and breath.
